AI OS Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the architecture and integration of a next-generation AI Operating System, the contract AI OS Engineer will work remotely for 6 months, focusing on building agentic workflows, optimizing compute costs, and deploying infrastructure in cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy agentic workflows and execution runtime environments for internal AI applications
- Implement robust retrieval systems and architect multi-model routing layers for cost-efficiency and low-latency inference
- Containerize and deploy AI OS infrastructure on cloud platforms using CI/CD pipelines
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of production software engineering experience, including 2+ years in agentic frameworks or LLM infrastructure
- Advanced proficiency in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and modern async execution models
- Hands-on expertise with agent architectures and orchestration frameworks
- Proven experience with vector databases and hybrid RAG implementations
- Direct experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
