AI Pilots Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Managing the operational execution of AI learning tool pilots across LATAM and Europe, the full-time AI Pilots Delivery Manager will ensure timely delivery, effective implementation, and robust data collection while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the operational delivery of AI learning tool pilots, ensuring timelines and milestones are met
• Act as the primary operational contact for country teams, providing support and ensuring consistent implementation of pilot plans
• Ensure accurate and timely data collection across all participating countries to facilitate robust evaluation of pilot outcomes

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project or program management experience with accountability for delivery timelines
• At least 3 years of experience managing training programs, both online and in-person
• 1-2 years of exposure to AI tools or AI-enabled processes
• Strong experience in coordinating across multiple stakeholders with a focus on delivery discipline
• Ability to work hours overlapping with CET by at least 4 hours
