AI Platform Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the day-to-day operations of approved AI platforms, the full-time remote AI Platform Analyst will manage user access, troubleshoot platform issues, deliver training, and maintain documentation while tracking adoption and support KPIs.
Key responsibilities:
- Administer enterprise AI platforms, managing user access, licenses, and workspace settings
- Onboard users and provide training on AI tools while maintaining operational documentation and support procedures
- Track adoption metrics, gather user feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance platform utilization
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related Information Technology field or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS administration, IT operations, or technical support
- Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools like Glean and ChatGPT
- Experience administering cloud or SaaS platforms, including user permissions and configurations
- Understanding of AI governance and ethical AI use in an enterprise setting
