AI Platform Engineer
Job Summary
Designing and building the technical layer of the AI platform, the full-time AI Platform Engineer will manage integration surfaces, internal tooling, and governed integration gateways while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build the technical layer of the AI platform, addressing capability gaps and evaluating vendor solutions
- Own the governed integration gateway, managing connector onboarding and authentication flows
- Implement technical controls for data handling and model eligibility, ensuring compliance with organizational policies
Required qualifications
- Experience with enterprise SaaS administration for 1,000+ seats, preferably including AI or LLM platforms
- Proficiency in building and shipping software using Python or a comparable language
- Familiarity with integrating LLM and SaaS APIs, including knowledge of agent and tool use patterns
- Working knowledge of identity and access management tools such as Okta, OAuth, and SSO
- Strong operational discipline, including understanding of intake queues, SLAs, and documentation practices
