AI Platform Engineer
Job Summary
To support the development of AI-driven systems, the contract-based AI Platform Engineer will design and implement structured agent frameworks and intelligent guardrails while working in a hybrid setting in Chicago, IL or Philadelphia, PA.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement structured agent harnesses and orchestration frameworks for AI coding agents
- Develop and enforce architectural constraints and guardrails for enterprise codebases
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI-driven workflows into CI/CD pipelines
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering fundamentals and CI/CD pipelines
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with AI coding agents in development environments
- 1+ year of experience with agent orchestration or tool-use patterns
