AI Platform Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced AI Platform Engineer, the remote consultant will design, build, and operate secure cloud platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance deployment processes and platform reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, operate, and secure AI infrastructure including LLM serving and vector stores
- Advise on AI deployment patterns and operational best practices during integration reviews
- Design and implement cloud architectures while managing deployment pipelines and CI/CD automation
Required Qualifications
- 3-8 years of hands-on experience in platform, infrastructure, DevOps, or cloud engineering
- Familiarity with LLM APIs, vector databases, and AI-assisted development tools
- Strong proficiency in one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipeline design
- Experience with scripting (Python, Bash, Go) and Linux/Unix administration fundamentals
