Job Summary
Seeking an experienced AI Platform Integration Engineer for a fully remote, part-time role focused on integrating AI services and Model Context Protocol (MCP) capabilities into a shared enterprise platform, supporting approximately 20 hours of work per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Support integration of enterprise platform services with the AI Gateway and collaborate with engineering teams to maintain secure integration interfaces
- Deploy, host, configure, and operate MCP servers, ensuring standardized interfaces for AI applications and monitoring server performance
- Integrate usage tracking and cost metering for AI services, configuring reporting capabilities and establishing usage limits
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on professional experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, or platform engineering
- Working knowledge of AI/LLM gateway concepts, including model routing and token-based usage tracking
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including Amazon Bedrock or Amazon SageMaker
- Experience working with API gateways and REST APIs
