AI Platform Manager

Job Summary

Managing the day-to-day administration and governance of Tufts University's enterprise generative AI platform, the full-time AI Platform Manager will oversee platform configuration, user access, and vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with security and legal standards in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize platform policies and standards in collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage platform configuration, user permissions, and oversee account provisioning and deprovisioning
• Coordinate the evaluation and implementation of platform integrations and new AI capabilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience managing enterprise technology platforms or cloud-based services
• Experience with user management, system configuration, and operational documentation
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic programs across diverse stakeholder groups
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills
