AI Portfolio Governance Leader

Job Summary

Providing strategic oversight and program management, the full-time remote AI Portfolio Governance Leader will manage AI initiatives within Gas Power Services, ensuring consistent execution, measuring ROI, and establishing governance standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the AI initiative pipeline, track milestones, and report program-level status to senior leadership
• Oversee the centralized intake process for new AI use cases, evaluating and prioritizing incoming requests
• Define and track adoption metrics and ROI, presenting insights to leadership and driving corrective actions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• 6+ years of experience in program/portfolio management or digital transformation in a complex organization
• Demonstrated experience in defining and tracking portfolio-level KPIs and ROI measurement
• Experience establishing governance frameworks and compliance programs
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
