AI Principal Lead
Job Summary
Leading the transformation of the software development lifecycle into an AI-agentic model, the full-time Gen AI Principal Lead will oversee the integration of autonomous AI agents in various development stages, ensuring a governed human-oversight framework while working remotely in India.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess the current SDLC to identify suitable stages for agent autonomy and assistive roles
- Design and implement the agentic architecture, including orchestration layers and integration with existing CI/CD systems
- Manage change by training engineering teams on new workflows and redefining code-review and QA roles
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with senior/staff-level architecture ownership
- Demonstrated production experience with AI agent frameworks and LLM tool-use patterns
- Deep knowledge of modern SDLC/DevOps tooling and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience leading cross-functional technology change initiatives
