Job Summary
Leading enterprise-critical process improvement initiatives, the full-time Staff AI Process Specialist will drive digital transformation projects with significant financial impact while working remotely and engaging cross-functional teams across various business areas.
Key responsibilities
- Lead high-impact digital transformation and process improvement projects utilizing AI, automation, and analytics
- Identify and implement AI/ML and intelligent automation solutions to optimize business processes
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical process documentation and execute change management strategies for new technologies
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, process improvement, or technology implementation in large organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Certifications in Change Management (Prosci, ACMP) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt required
- Experience in health care or health care-adjacent companies is preferred
- Strong background in technical process documentation and stakeholder engagement
