AI Product Builder

Job Summary

Building internal AI products to enhance customer understanding, the full-time AI Product Builder will design, develop, and evaluate tools that inform product and business decisions, with the flexibility to work remotely or from the New York City or San Francisco hubs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for internal products that improve customer insights and decision-making
• Design user-friendly experiences that enable employees to access customer evidence and understand needs
• Utilize AI tools to develop and launch products, ensuring rapid iteration based on user feedback

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in UX or product design with strong skills in interaction design and visual judgment
• Proven ability to build and ship impactful products using AI tools, showcasing hands-on contributions
• Deep understanding of AI to create sophisticated workflows that integrate models, data, and tools
• Strong product judgment in identifying user needs and translating complex information into intuitive experiences
• Experience in defining quality standards for AI behavior and usability evaluations
