AI Product Engineer
Job Summary
Designing and implementing enterprise AI experiences, the full-time remote AI Product Engineer will focus on Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform solutions, and automation workflows while ensuring security and compliance across systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Engineer and support Microsoft Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot use-cases with strong content hygiene practices
- Build and operate Copilot Studio agents and integrate with Microsoft Copilot Agents patterns
- Develop Power Automate workflows to operationalize AI outputs with robust error handling and monitoring
Required Qualifications
- 0-3 years in enterprise engineering, product engineering, or platform operations (Microsoft 365 / Power Platform)
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and Power Automate; knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot experiences
- Strong understanding of LLM concepts and Responsible AI practices in enterprise environments
- Experience with security and governance, including Entra ID app/identity concepts and information protection
- API and integration skills (REST, OAuth2) with troubleshooting abilities for complex issues
