AI Product Lead

Job Summary

Owning the product outcome end-to-end, the full-time AI Product Lead will manage the integration of product, design, and engineering leadership while implementing front-end experiences and directing AI coding agents in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the product outcome from problem definition to in-production software, ensuring quality and roadmap commitment
• Direct the execution of AI agents across various modes, determining the appropriate approach based on risk and agent reliability
• Implement production front-end code and maintain design rigor throughout the development process

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end product delivery, including product decisions and front-end code deployment
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React (or equivalent), along with strong CSS skills
• Demonstrated competence in design disciplines, including information architecture and accessibility (WCAG)
• Practical experience directing AI coding agents in production environments, understanding their failure modes
• A track record of establishing processes or standards adopted by teams
