AI Product Lead

Job Summary

Owning the product roadmap for an innovative AI-driven insurance marketplace, the full-time remote AI Product Lead will manage agent-facing product development, oversee testing and quality assurance, and cultivate relationships with AI platforms to enhance the shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap, balancing agent needs with architectural capabilities and business goals
• Manage testing and quality assurance by building evaluation sets and determining success metrics for agent interactions
• Collaborate with AI technical leads and engineers on architecture decisions, ensuring alignment with shopper and agent interests

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or a related field, with a proven track record in leading AI product development
• Strong understanding of AI and agent systems, including LLMs, retrieval, orchestration, and related trade-offs
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and familiarity with light Python for prototyping
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and make progress on loosely defined problems
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
