AI Product Manager

Job Summary

Fluent in machine learning systems, the full-time remote AI Product Manager will manage the AI roadmap, prioritize document types, and define accuracy metrics, ensuring effective delivery of AI models and services across product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a rolling six-to-twelve-month AI roadmap for extraction coverage and accuracy
• Intake and prioritize new document types and fields, using a defensible framework for ranking requests
• Define and report on accuracy metrics for various audiences, translating model-level measures into user experiences

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in B2B software, preferably in fintech or regtech, with 2 years focused on AI/ML-powered products
• Proficiency in prioritization frameworks such as RICE, WSJF, and Kano, along with roadmap sizing and release management
• Understanding of the unique failure modes of machine learning products, including precision and recall trade-offs
• Experience in making decisions regarding build, buy, or replace options for model or vendor components
• Strong writing skills and the ability to facilitate effective meetings to drive decisions across teams
