AI Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the systemwide AI product portfolio, the full-time AI Product Manager will drive innovation to enhance workflows and patient outcomes while managing compliance with IT architecture and regulatory standards in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Set multi-year roadmaps and success metrics for AI products, chair product councils, and oversee model release gates
- Lead cross-functional teams through the full AI product lifecycle using agile methodologies, ensuring integration into clinical and operational systems
- Manage vendor selection, solution design, and data pipeline development while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and cybersecurity policies
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, mathematics, economics, data science, engineering, or a related field, or 4 years of relevant professional experience
- 7 years of experience in product management, including 3 years leading AI/ML products in a regulated environment
- Epic certification in Resolute HB and/or Resolute PB, Prelude, or Cadence
