AI Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the agent runtime and orchestration layer, the full-time AI Product Manager will design multi-agent workflows, develop GTM orchestrations, and build evaluation metrics for AI-driven customer engagement, all while working remotely within the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the agent runtime, including planning, tool calling, and memory management for Superhumans
- Design and implement multi-agent orchestration for seamless handoffs across the customer journey
- Develop packaged GTM orchestrations and define product primitives for customer configuration
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, including 2 years with LLM-based agents in production
- Hands-on experience with agent technology, including tool calling and multi-agent handoff patterns
- Proven track record of building and utilizing evaluation harnesses for product releases
- Technical proficiency in specifying data models, state machines, and APIs
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete data and maintain a rapid shipping cadence
