Leading the development of AI-powered customer acquisition experiences, the full-time AI Product Manager will own the strategy and execution of products that facilitate homeowner connections with contractors through conversational platforms like ChatGPT and WhatsApp.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI-powered conversational experiences and integrations
- Own the development of MCP capabilities and APIs that connect external AI assistants with contractor services
- Design and optimize conversational customer journeys across various messaging platforms
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience with complex technical products
- 2+ years managing AI/Chatbot or LLM products
- Proven experience launching LLM-powered or generative AI products into production
- Strong understanding of AI agents and integration frameworks
- Experience with messaging platforms such as WhatsApp Business or RCS
