AI Product Manager

Job Summary

Results-driven and experienced, the Senior AI Product Manager will lead the delivery of custom data and AI platforms for institutional real estate clients in a remote, contract role, managing the full product development lifecycle and ensuring successful project execution within fixed timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the cycle end to end, leading the full product development lifecycle across discovery workshops, data mapping, platform build, and handover
• Run gate-based delivery and manage the scope line, defining acceptance criteria and translating ambitious project scopes into deliverable cycles
• Define views with stakeholders, conducting workshops to translate user needs into specifications and acceptance criteria for client approval

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in product management with hands-on ownership of the product development lifecycle, delivering custom software for external clients
• At least 2 years of experience in institutional real estate, with proficiency in reading financial documents and understanding key real estate metrics
• Hands-on experience with property accounting systems and exposure to data platform products, including data warehouses and BI products
• Strong technical knowledge in AI and software development, particularly in LLM-based extraction and retrieval processes
• Proficiency in project management software and availability to overlap with US Eastern business hours for key activities
