AI Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the leap to self-serve capabilities, the full-time remote AI Product Manager will manage the Superhuman experience and Console, focusing on user engagement, onboarding, and analytics to enhance customer interactions with AI-driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Superhuman experience across various platforms, ensuring seamless live conversations and effective post-call follow-ups
• Manage the Superhuman Console, enabling customers to create and customize their AI representatives efficiently
• Drive self-serve activation processes, optimizing the user journey from signup to first live conversation without human intervention

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2 years on an AI-native product focused on user-facing experiences
• Proven track record of enhancing user engagement and reducing time-to-first-value metrics
• Experience building or managing a builder or configuration product, with an understanding of user flexibility versus complexity
• Technical proficiency to collaborate with engineering teams and troubleshoot user experience issues
• Strong writing skills for creating concise specifications and meaningful dashboards
