AI Program Director

Job Summary

To advance the Foundation's enterprise AI strategy, the full-time AI Program Director will define, manage, and scale AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while fostering responsible adoption and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an enterprise-wide view of AI initiatives and develop a sequenced AI roadmap that balances value and capability building
• Lead cross-functional AI initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with defined outcomes
• Develop and operationalize guidelines for AI use, including ethical safeguards and risk management practices

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technology or digital transformation initiatives with a focus on strategy and execution
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling new programs with defined objectives and reporting measures
• Working knowledge of AI technologies, including generative AI and machine learning
• Experience designing governance frameworks and risk management practices for technology-enabled programs
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to connect mission priorities and technology investments
