Job Summary
A company is looking for an AI Program Manager to oversee AI production and support workflow management while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on integrating ML models
- Manage project actions from initiation to delivery, ensuring quality and budget compliance
- Provide training and guidance on AI-related concepts to internal teams and oversee the AI Production team
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years of experience managing localization, data science, or NLP projects
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a research role in linguistic, social sciences, or computer science
- Working experience with translation tools and management platforms
- At least 4 years of experience in project management, program management, finance, or marketing
- BA/BS required; advanced business degree preferred
