AI Program Manager
Job Summary
To lead enterprise AI program execution, the contract AI Program Manager will manage use-case intake, prioritize initiatives, and oversee delivery and adoption of AI solutions while working remotely during Eastern U.S. business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Own the enterprise AI use-case intake and portfolio tracking process, evaluating use cases based on business value and strategic alignment
- Coordinate implementation and rollout of AI platforms, ensuring integration across architecture, infrastructure, and third-party partners
- Lead AI enablement initiatives, developing training materials and communications to support user adoption and translating technical initiatives into business value
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of IT program/project management experience, with at least 3 years in managing AI or emerging-technology programs
- Demonstrated experience implementing and scaling enterprise AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock or Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Strong experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies, RAID management, and vendor management
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira/Azure Boards, MS Project/Planner, and Power BI
- Experience operating in high-ambiguity environments with strong executive communication skills
