AI Program Manager
Job Summary
Driving the operational rigor of complex, cross-functional programs, the full-time remote AI Co-Innovation Engineering Program Manager will manage program execution, establish communication plans, and shape technical strategies while collaborating with engineering teams and external technology partners.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of programs end-to-end, including plans, milestones, and performance metrics across multi-stakeholder work
- Define and implement communication strategies for program updates and decision-making processes
- Establish objectives and success criteria with stakeholders, ensuring accountability and closure on decisions across various teams
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- 5+ years of program management experience in software, AI, or technical environments
- Working knowledge of modern AI systems, ML pipelines, and robotics
