AI Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading enterprise AI program execution, the remote contract AI Program Manager will manage use-case intake, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and provide executive-level reporting on portfolio status and business value.
Key responsibilities
- Own the enterprise AI use-case intake, prioritization, and portfolio tracking process
- Coordinate implementation and rollout of AI platforms, ensuring alignment across technical and business teams
- Lead AI enablement initiatives, including training and user education to support adoption
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of IT program/project management experience, with 3+ years in AI or emerging-technology programs
- Demonstrated experience implementing enterprise AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock or Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Strong experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and vendor management
- Experience in high-ambiguity environments with the ability to drive programs independently
- Strong executive communication skills, including C-suite presentations and status reporting
