Key responsibilities
- Deliver live workshops and training sessions for learners
- Create educational content, assessments, and project-based learning materials
- Collaborate with instructional designers to improve learning outcomes and curriculum structure
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or a related technical field
- Strong proficiency in one or more of the following: Golang, Kotlin, Swift, C++, Android, iOS
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot
- Ability to share knowledge through content creation, training, or mentoring
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian or Spanish is a plus
