AI Programming Instructor

Job Summary

Building a talent pool for future opportunities, the part-time AI Programming Instructor will deliver live workshops, create educational content, and support curriculum development in a remote environment, focusing on AI-assisted programming across various languages and platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live workshops and training sessions to engage learners in AI-assisted programming
• Create educational content, assessments, and project-based learning materials to enhance the curriculum
• Collaborate with instructional designers to improve learning outcomes based on feedback and market needs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or a related technical field
• Strong proficiency in one or more of the following: Golang, Kotlin, Swift, C++, Android, or iOS
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot
• Ability to share knowledge through content creation, training, or mentoring effectively
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Russian or Spanish is a plus
