AI Project Manager
Job Summary
To drive operational improvements within the Eligibility and Reconciliation team, the full-time remote AI Business Automation Project Manager will lead healthcare systems projects and design AI agents and automation workflows that enhance efficiency and accuracy in health plan operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive successful project implementation across Health Plan Services, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automation workflows to streamline eligibility and reconciliation processes
- Partner with business owners to translate operational requirements into effective automation solutions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's degree preferred; PMP or Six Sigma Certification preferred
- Minimum of five years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare systems
- Experience in a regulated healthcare environment, with a focus on health plan operations
- Familiarity with AI platforms and tools for designing automation workflows
- Ability to use low-code/no-code tools to integrate AI-enabled workflows with existing systems
