AI Project Manager
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced AI Project Manager, the full-time remote position will manage multiple concurrent AI projects, oversee project intake and prioritization, and establish governance across a growing portfolio of enterprise AI initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple AI projects and initiatives, ensuring effective delivery and governance
- Own project intake, demand management, and portfolio reporting while collaborating with internal stakeholders
- Build and maintain executive dashboards to provide visibility into project progress and priorities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of project or program management experience in a SaaS organization
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a rapidly evolving environment
- Demonstrated experience with project intake, demand management, and executive reporting
- Enterprise AI deployment experience, including exposure to governance and security considerations
- Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot or OpenAI technologies
