AI Project Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Senior Project Manager - AI & Innovation, the full-time role will manage a portfolio of AI-driven projects, including Proofs of Concept and Minimum Viable Products, while working remotely to translate business needs into practical solutions and support the Global Head of IT in shaping the Business Assurance AI roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI, automation, and innovation projects from concept through deployment and adoption
- Manage POCs, MVPs, pilots, and business transformation initiatives while coordinating cross-functional teams
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for AI and emerging technologies, driving rapid prototyping and scaling of successful solutions
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in project management or digital transformation, preferably in the Certification/Business Assurance industry
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering for business applications
- Proven track record of delivering technology-enabled projects from concept through implementation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience in global, matrix organizations
- Agile project delivery experience is preferred, with fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
