Job Summary

Leading product management for AI-powered property underwriting products, the remote Associate Director, Product Management will own the vision, strategy, and commercial outcomes while driving the launch and growth of innovative solutions in the insurance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial outcomes for an AI-powered property inspection analytics product, driving it from launch to scaled adoption
• Collaborate with machine learning and engineering teams to ensure product quality and readiness for market, including managing model evaluation and delivery
• Lead pilot relationships with insurance carriers, turning feedback into actionable product roadmap decisions to enhance adoption and revenue

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in technology, data, or analytics, with a focus on AI or machine learning products
• Hands-on experience in building and shipping AI-powered products, particularly in computer vision or vision-language models
• Proven ability to manage products within a large portfolio, balancing multiple stakeholders and customer needs
• Strong commercial accountability demonstrated through successful product launches and revenue generation
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree in a technical or business discipline preferred
