Job Summary

Seeking a Member of Technical Staff, AI Researcher to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for designing evaluation frameworks, developing feedback systems, and conducting experiments to enhance AI model capabilities in mission-critical organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build evaluation frameworks and methodologies for large language models and reinforcement learning environments
• Develop reward models and feedback systems to measure and improve model behavior
• Conduct controlled experiments to assess the impact of datasets on model performance and alignment

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning, AI, computer science, or related fields
• Proven ability to integrate AI research with software engineering practices
• Strong Python programming skills and experience in building scalable software
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, model evaluations, and reinforcement learning
• Experience designing experiments that evaluate model capability and performance
