AI Risk Management Associate
Job Summary
As a full-time AI Risk Management Associate, the candidate will provide technical expertise to assess AI/ML systems, advise teams on risk management throughout the AI lifecycle, and support the operationalization of AI risk management while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess AI/ML and generative AI systems, translating technical realities into risk language for stakeholders
- Advise first-line teams on tailored risk management strategies throughout the AI lifecycle
- Maintain current risk controls and anticipate emerging risks related to evolving AI technology
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, actuarial science, or engineering
- Eight or more years of related work experience in risk management or analytics
- Proven understanding of advanced analytics theory and its application in projects
- Experience in designing and implementing risk management frameworks for AI systems
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in plain language to diverse audiences
