AI Risk Management Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the enterprise AI Risk Management Governance program, the full-time remote AI Risk Management Manager will execute and enhance the AI risk management framework, oversee risk assessment processes, and coordinate across various business functions to ensure compliance and effective governance of AI use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI risk assessments and maintain governance records and reporting
• Own business requirements for the AI risk management workflow and partner with technology teams for system enhancements
• Advance the AI governance strategy and facilitate stakeholder management across risk disciplines and business partners

Required Qualifications

• Experience in risk management, governance, or compliance within financial services
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their associated risks
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to AI and risk management
• Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with enterprise standards
