AI Risk Management Manager
Job Summary
Supporting the enterprise AI Risk Management Governance program, the full-time AI Risk Management Manager will execute and enhance the AI risk management framework, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate governance activities across various business lines and functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AI risk assessments and maintain governance records, reporting, and ongoing monitoring
- Own business requirements for the AI risk management workflow and partner with technology teams for system enhancements
- Advance the AI governance strategy and develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Experience in risk management, compliance, or governance within financial services
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships
- Familiarity with AI technologies and risk assessment methodologies
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to AI and risk management
