AI Safety Specialist (CBRNE)
Job Summary
To support a leading AI technology company, the full-time AI Safety & Safeguards Enforcement Specialist (CBRNE) will evaluate high-risk AI interactions, enforce safeguards policies, and contribute to the improvement of AI safety systems in a fully remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated content and user interactions to identify policy violations and safety risks
- Apply safeguards enforcement policies to assess sensitive or high-risk content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify enforcement trends and improve safety classifiers
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in at least one CBRNE discipline: Biological, Chemical, Explosives, or Radiological/Nuclear
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex technical information
- Experience working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Interest in AI safety and responsible AI development
- Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to established policies
