AI SDLC Engineer
Job Summary
To drive the transformation of software development processes, the full-time remote AI SDLC Engineer will design and build automated workflows, improve context-grounding systems, and partner with engineering teams to enhance the software development lifecycle through agentic AI technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build agentic workflows for automating the SDLC from code generation to release
- Improve context-grounding systems to enhance information retrieval efficiency
- Establish internal benchmarks to validate improvements in engineering workflows
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of backend/platform engineering experience, ideally with production Kubernetes systems
- Hands-on experience with LLM-agent infrastructure and tool-integration protocols
- Strong understanding of LLM application mechanics and AI technologies
- Proficiency in Go and/or Python programming languages
- Experience building internal developer platforms and observability tooling
