AI Security Director
Job Summary
Leading the charge in securing artificial intelligence initiatives, the full-time salaried AI Security Director will manage the company's AI Security and Safeguards program, focusing on strategy execution, technical security work, and regulatory compliance while working onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Owns the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the AI Security and Safeguards program, including control design and tooling selection
- Performs technical tasks such as AI red teaming, security testing, and guardrail validation
- Acts as the subject matter expert on AI security, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and risk management
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years in information security or risk management, with at least 3 years focused on AI security
- Experience in securing AI systems in production, including large language models and third-party AI services
- Working knowledge of relevant U.S. laws and regulations in financial services and cybersecurity
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Data Science, or a related field
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI security monitoring and adversarial testing
