AI Security Director

Job Summary

Leading the AI Security and Safeguards program, the full-time salaried AI Security Director will manage strategy, technical execution, and governance to ensure the secure adoption of AI technologies while mitigating risks to borrower data and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Owns the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the AI Security and Safeguards program, including control design and tooling selection
• Conducts technical work such as AI red teaming, security testing of models, and validation of controls and guardrails
• Acts as the subject matter expert on AI security, leading a team and collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance and risk management

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in AI or machine learning security, data security, or security engineering
• Demonstrated experience in building or scaling a security program from an early stage
• Familiarity with U.S. laws and regulations relevant to financial services technology and cybersecurity
• Proficiency in AI security monitoring, red teaming, and adversarial testing
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Data Science, or a related field
