Job Summary
Leading the AI Security team, the full-time remote AI Security Director will define the function strategy, build and develop the team, and ensure security controls are implemented across the enterprise AI lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Build, lead, coach, and develop the AI Security team with clear roles and delivery expectations
- Define and execute the technical strategy for enterprise AI security, including oversight of AI threat modeling and architecture review
- Partner with various teams to brief executives on posture, material risks, and necessary investment decisions
Required qualifications
- 10 or more years of experience in cybersecurity, product security, application security, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing technical teams
- Experience owning an enterprise security capability or technical program
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures, APIs, and secure software development
- Ability to assess complex architectures and guide practical implementation decisions
