AI Security Manager

Job Summary

Leading the firm's AI security practice, the full-time remote AI Security Manager will set security standards for AI-enabled systems, conduct enterprise architecture reviews, and partner with data governance and legal teams to ensure compliance and security across AI workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Translate AI security strategy into standards and controls, managing AI security initiatives across the organization
• Conduct architecture reviews of AI products to ensure alignment with the firm's Microsoft environment and security policies
• Monitor the evolving AI threat landscape and implement continuous improvements in AI security practices and tooling

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5 - 8+ years of experience in enterprise security architecture, engineering, or operations
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft security technologies, including Entra ID and Defender
• Demonstrated experience securing AI, machine learning, or automation workloads in an enterprise environment
• Familiarity with multi-vendor AI platform security models and compliance APIs
