AI Security Researcher

Job Summary

To enhance cybersecurity capabilities, the full-time AI Security Researcher will design and build red team agents, manage full-chain operations, and develop detection-evasion techniques in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build red team agents, including architecting tools and encoding operational skills
• Drive the extension of agents into full attack chains across various environments, including cloud and on-premises
• Build and operate realistic cyber ranges for training and benchmarking agent performance against real defenses

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in offensive security, red team operations, or adversary emulation
• Hands-on experience with full-chain operations across Windows, Active Directory, and on-prem environments
• Depth in Command and Control frameworks and payload development, with detection-evasion experience against EDR
• Proficiency in coding (e.g., Python) to automate security capabilities
• Experience in setting up and operating realistic test environments or cyber ranges with production defenses
