AI Security Vice President

Job Summary

Leading the security strategy and operations, the full-time salaried AI Security Vice President will establish and manage the AI security function, oversee security engineering, and enhance operational security while ensuring compliance and trust for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the AI security function, including internal AI gateway and agent identity management
• Lead security engineering teams in AppSec, SecOps, and CloudSec while driving security initiatives and roadmaps
• Manage enterprise trust and readiness for fundraising, including customer security reviews and compliance controls

Required qualifications

• 12+ years in security with at least 5+ years in leadership roles during periods of hypergrowth
• Strong technical expertise in AI security, cloud-native security, and security engineering practices
• Experience building new security functions and teams from the ground up
• Proficiency in managing corporate IT aspects related to security, including identity and endpoint management
• Executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with boards and enterprise customers
