AI Security Vice President

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time salaried AI Security Vice President to lead the development of AI security functions, oversee security engineering, and enhance operational security while managing corporate IT, all in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage the AI security function, including the internal AI gateway and agent identity model
• Lead security engineering efforts across AppSec, SecOps, and CloudSec, driving a secure-by-design roadmap
• Enhance operational security practices, ensuring compliance and trust for enterprise customers while preparing for fundraising diligence

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in security, with 5+ years in leadership roles during hypergrowth phases
• Strong technical expertise in AI security, cloud-native security, and modern AppSec tooling
• Proven ability to build new security functions from the ground up
• Experience managing corporate IT functions, including identity platforms and SaaS governance
• Executive presence with the ability to engage with boards and enterprise customers effectively
