AI Security Vice President

Job Summary

To lead the security strategy and operations in an AI-focused environment, the full-time salaried AI Security Vice President will establish a new AI security function, enhance security engineering practices, and ensure enterprise trust while collaborating with senior leadership and managing a team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and implement the internal AI security function, including agent identity management and prompt abuse detection
• Oversee security engineering initiatives, ensuring secure design practices and automated response playbooks are in place
• Manage corporate IT security, focusing on identity governance, endpoint management, and SaaS administration

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in security with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Strong technical knowledge in AI security, cloud-native security, and modern AppSec tooling
• Proven experience in building new security functions from the ground up
• Executive presence with the ability to engage with boards and enterprise customers
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks related to security and privacy
