AI Security Vice President

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time salaried AI Security Vice President to lead the development and implementation of AI security strategies, manage security engineering and operations, and enhance enterprise trust while operating in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and oversee the AI security function, including building internal AI gateways and enforcing agent identity models
• Lead security engineering teams across AppSec, SecOps, and CloudSec, driving secure practices and operational roadmaps
• Manage enterprise trust initiatives, ensuring compliance with SOC 2 and PCI standards while facilitating customer security reviews

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in security, with at least 5 years in leadership roles during periods of rapid growth
• Strong technical expertise in AI security, cloud-native security, and modern AppSec tooling
• Proven ability to build new security functions from the ground up
• Experience managing corporate IT functions related to identity and SaaS governance
• Exceptional executive presence, capable of engaging with boards and enterprise customers effectively
