AI Security Vice President

Job Summary

To lead the security strategy and operations at Engine, the full-time salaried AI Security Vice President will establish an AI security function, oversee security engineering and operations, and enhance enterprise trust while managing corporate IT responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an AI security function, including internal AI gateway and agent identity management
• Lead security engineering teams, driving initiatives in application security, security architecture, and cloud security
• Manage enterprise trust and readiness for fundraising, ensuring compliance with SOC 2 and PCI requirements

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in security, with at least 5 years in leadership roles during hypergrowth phases
• Strong technical expertise in AI security, cloud-native security, and security operations
• Proven track record of building new security functions from the ground up
• Experience in managing corporate IT as part of the security mission
• Excellent executive presence for engaging with boards and enterprise customers
