AI Security Vice President

Job Summary

Leading the charge in AI security, the full-time salaried AI Security Vice President will establish and oversee security strategies, engineering, and operations while building a dedicated AI security function and ensuring a strong trust posture for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the AI security function, including internal AI gateways and agent identity management
• Lead security engineering efforts across AppSec, SecOps, and CloudSec, driving secure design and automated response initiatives
• Manage enterprise trust and readiness for fundraising, including security diligence and customer trust artifacts

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in security, with at least 5 years in leadership roles during hypergrowth phases
• Strong technical knowledge of AI security, cloud-native security, and modern AppSec tooling
• Proven ability to build new security functions from the ground up
• Experience managing corporate IT aspects, including identity platforms and SaaS governance
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills for engaging with boards and enterprise customers
