AI Security Vice President

Job Summary

To lead the security initiatives at Engine, the full-time salaried AI Security Vice President will oversee the development of AI security functions, manage security engineering teams, and ensure enterprise trust while operating in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage the AI security function, including internal AI gateways and identity models
• Lead AppSec, SecOps, and CloudSec teams, driving security engineering roadmaps and initiatives
• Oversee corporate IT security, ensuring effective identity management and endpoint governance

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in security, with at least 5 years in leadership roles during periods of hypergrowth
• Strong technical expertise in AI security, cloud-native security, and modern AppSec tooling
• Proven experience building new security functions from the ground up
• Ability to engage with executive leadership and manage customer security reviews
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks, especially in high-transaction environments
